Can any one answer what is the exact rate of TDS applicable for attached services.
It's quite urgency to make vendor payment.

You can collect TDS 194C @ 1%/2%
Deduct TDS @ 1% if the vendor is an individual/HUF. Deduct TDS @ 2% if its a company or firm or any case other than an individual/HUF.
