Could you please tell me the Payment Due Date & Filing Due date for TDS & TCS collected on Mar 21?
TCS u/a 206C 1H is also a part of TCS ? We need to show this TCS in GSTR1 & 3B?
1) Due date for payment of TDS for Mar is 30th April and that for TCS is 7th April
2) Due date for filing of return of TDS is 31st May and that for TCS is 15th May
3) TCS u/s 206C(1H) is also part of TCS under Income Tax Act but this is not related to TCS under GST No need to show in GSTR1 and 3B.
