TDS after 14.05.2020 for entities having Lower deduction certificate

Hi,

what shall be the rates for TDS for entities having LDC certificate? Shall we apply the 25% reduction there also? or normal lower rate shall be deducted?

I think it is not applicable for LDC Certificate.
