Under which head TDS has been deducted in case of Salary of Adjunct Faculty?Whether it has been deducted under 194J or 194C or 192?Can you give me any case law based on this sitution?

If Adjunct Faculty's name in your Staff Registar and Pay Registar then it will be U/S192, if not then TDS deuctible U/S 194J.
