If Adjunct Faculty's name in your Staff Registar and Pay Registar then it will be U/S192, if not then TDS deuctible U/S 194J.

Thanka a lot for your reply.Adjunct Faculty appointed for a temporary period in a contract.whether 194c or 194j will be attract? can you give me a case law relating to this matter? Thank you so much
