Can we fiure the tax deducted n th deductor's details of an assessee if we only have his Name, PAN, DOB but we cannot change the password of his IT login ???

Do you mean... you want to know without knowledge of the assessee?
No..coz i have the name, pan n dob of assesse but cannot change his IT login password. Hence, i cannot view his 26AS but want his TDS details.
Do your assessee have online banking?
dont knw bt vl figure it out if required
But what is the procedure ??
We can directly login to TRACES (26AS) from online banking page (after login). Bank's site is also linked with TRACES. So one can check 26 AS through Income tax site and Online banking.
Any other way ????
I dont think there is any other way without having IT portal login password. Because if it possible assessee's data will be at huge risk.
