I have received a bill from a proprietorship firm who provide lights,reflector,extension cable, etc. which is needed at a time of photoshoot. He charged me on the basis of number of days. They have also charged Service Tax on it. I am confused in which section should I deduct TDS. Is it 194I or 194J OR 194C.

Refer to defitination of professional work or technical work under exp to sec 194J and also def of works contract under 194C and check where the servis fits and deduct tds accordingly.
