if we give office partition work like alluminum, wood for construction of cabins, work stations for a new office should we deduct tds.
pls reply it is urgent.

Yes as it is covered under the definition of Job Work under section 194c of Income tax act
sec. 194c would be attracted as it's working on contractual basis...
TDS - Under Sec. 194c Tax should be deducted at source only if the contract is between the contractor and the company.
