Hi All,

My query is that we are filing a TDS return of a college where TDS is deducted on particular employee basis. TDS is not deducted in case of some employess.So my query is whether we need to take into account the payment credited to those persons whose TDS is not deducted in the return...

Deepali,

in my opinion, you need not include the details of those assessees for whom tds is not deducted.

you may include the details of only those for whom tds is deducted

I already filed without the not deducted TDS employee i asked kary to what to do they give this suggestions we must include all the employees including the employees who we do not pay the TDS.
