we are paying clearing and forwarding charges alongwith customs duty. so should we have to deduct tds on customs duty portion also u/s 194c or we have to seggregate customs duty portion and deduct tds only clearing and forwarding charges.

you should deduct the tds on the amount which is credited to party account
