Bank issued a Form 16 without certificate no to my father. But in Form 26As that TDS amount doesn't credited to my father's account. how should i know that the bank actually deposited the TDS or not. And how to find the Provisional receipt No of 1st to 4th quarter by providing TAN No of the employer.

Dear Sir.
Form 26As mein Ap ke Income Shown nahe ho raha hai app bank mein jakar baat kara. kyu ke jab app ko TDs certificate Mil gaya hai to 26AS mein Income Credit hona complusary hai. Bank ne TDS deposited nahe kiyea hai. Bank mein jakar Accounts Manager se Baat Kara Plzz.
