Hi,
My Client has not filed his return of Income for the AY 2009-2010.
The time limit to file the return has expired.
His TDS claims amounts to Rs. 10000.
Could you please suggest the procedure to claim the TDS amount.

I dont think that TDS can be claimed now, as reutrn cannot be filed due to expiry of period.
Is there any other way to claim TDS
