TCS not paid by supplier

I have a client having beer shop. Supplier of the client has collected the TCS but it is not showing in 26AS , so either supplier has not deposited it or not filed TCS return. Since Supplier is not responding, So How we can claim the TCS that is not showing our 26AS.

If TCS is not appearing in 26AS , you can not claim credit.
Your client should ask to beer shop for TCS certificate.
Or else recover TCS amount from beer shop.
You can if you want, lodge complain to TDS commissioner.

@ kapadia Sir, What is the process to lodge complain to TCS Commisioner!! As supplier is not responding.

You send email to your jurisdictional AO(TDS/TCS) and if possible lodge a letter also.
I hope TCS is shown somewhere in the invoice. You must have proof that beer shop collected TCS
