One of our manufacturing uses oil for manufacturing and they sale empty plastic drums as scrap. I want to know if it is required to collect TCS on such scrap sale of Empty Plastic Drums ? Reply Please

- When the eligible goods are used for personal consumption
- The purchaser buys the goods for manufacturing, processing or production and not for the purpose of trading those goods.
