I am new to this forum and here I am with the first question of mine.
Guys please help me out.
I am planning to take a home loan of 10 lakhs for 5 years.
Actually I am in dilemma, whether I should go for it or not. I have no problem in arranging the amount.
But I just want to confirm whether it will help me for saving tax.
Can anyone out there throw some sample figures which helps me to understand whether taking loan is advisable or not?
Also, to add few points: I fall in 30% tax category. Age:58
