I am an importer of plants mainly orchid plants. Once I import plants, it will be sold immediately or after some days.
Please guide what is tax liability (income tax and/or gst) while trading imported plants.
Can I treat the income from sale of imported plants as income from agriculture?

Its a business income and not agricultural income.
Income tax and GST both applicable.
