sir does goodwill come under intangible asset and is it taxable under P.G.B.P.......

Yes it comes under intangible assets. It is not taxable under PGBP as you are showing it as an asset. the amount received on account of goodwill or the reputation earned which is goodwill is treaated as an asset and is not chargeable to tax.
