Taxable income to be considered in form 10e

I am employee of PSU and this year we have received arrear of defined contribution to pension scheme for year 2011-12 to 2017-18. In fy 2016-17 I have received arrear salary suppose 2 lakh for the year 2011-12 RS 60000, 2012-13 RS 70000 and 2013-14 Rs 70000 and filed 10e in fy 2016-17 and also  ITR already filed for the year with taxable income is as follows 2011-12 RS 2.75 lakh, 2012-13  RS 3.5 lakh and for 2013-14 RS 4.5 Lakh. Now my question is while filing 10e for fy 2018-19 what will be my taxable income for fy 2011-12, 2012-13& 2013-14 to be considered in filling form 10e to be filled in annexure of 10e?

For 10E taxable income you have to consider alongwith Arrear salary of that AY. This way for all respective AYs

You have to file form 10E showing break up of arrear year wise to claim relief under section 89

What will be the total income of the relevant previous year in table "A" will it be RS 2.75 lakhs or 3.35 lakhs for FY 2011-12
