The said supply will be made on "TAX INVOICE"
Better to check out the details of supplies which is "COMPOSITE OR MIXED"...
Otherwise the highest rate of Tax applicable for the exempted goods also...

No you cannot its only case if Recepient is URD
As per Rule 46A CGST Act , read with notification 45 /2017 CT
where a registered person is supplying taxable as well as exempted goods or
services or both to an unregistered person, a single ―invoice-cum-bill of supply‖ may be
issued for all such supplies.]
