Taxability of service tax in case of section 80iba.

Respected Madam/Sir, I would like to ask you that we are starting one real estate project which is fall under section 80IBA of income tax act,1961 under which we can tack 100 % of profit as deduction. I want to know about Taxability of service tax in case of above given AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT ? IS service tax applicable in case of above given project.
