What would be the taxability of Income received for the following :
An NRI is employed on "CEO-position" by an Indian Company to run its Dubai Operation on an annual CTC of AED 175000 received in Dubai. For this employment he is permanently based in Dubai. What would be the taxability of this in India for that NRI? Under which section is it governed?

No taxability on income earned abroad by the NRI
Income does not accrue or arise in India as he is rendering service in dubai. Therefore it is not taxable in India.

since the above income neither accrue nor arise in India. so it is not taxable in India.
What is the taxability if UK citizen holder of OCI (oversease card of India) card working in India and earning salary in INR.
as income arise and acdue in india , it is taxable in india
