Mr A a non resident aged 62 years is earning rental income from immovable property in India.What will be the maximum amount not chargeable to tax for AY 19-20

The 3 Lakh and 5 Lakh limit is for Resident Individuals.
Eventhough the Individual is above the age of 60 if he is Non resident then the Basic exemption limit is 2.5 Lakhs only.
