TAXABILITY OF GIFT
How will the gifts be taxed in case any person receive it by way of cash , movable property as well as immovable property, the gifts recd by all three ways does not exceeds the limit provided u/s 56 individually but their aggregate exceeds the limit, will this case be ignored ?

The value of gifts are aggregated for its taxability.
