Taxability of Capital Gain NRI

Hi,

I had a query

The assessee had invested in equity shares in India when he was resident in India. Now his residential status is Non Resident and the shares are long term in nature. Please guide me what will be the taxability in India if the assessee wishes to sell those shares now.

Thanks and Regards
