what if husband is non resident for that financial year, will any profit/loss resulting due to it be still considered as husband's income.

yes

what will be if such equity shares sale after two years and the assesy not informed such thing at the time of filling that years Return?

but what if the wife is also an assessee under the income tax act, with a PAN number and she hsa delcared that dealing in shares is one of her source of income... would the Clubbing provision apply there too? even though for the relevant year her income doesnot go cross the exemption limit
would the answer be different if her income goes above the exemption limit
