i am a salaried employee, and also i have other income(tax deducted us94d). Which IRT form i should use to file my tax return.

I think u need to use ITR4
You can file ITR 2 also
you cant use ITR-2.........
ITR 2A from A.Y 15-16

You can file ITR 2.
If income taxed u/s 194D is shown as business income, then ITR4, else(other sources) - ITR 2A
