I am working with a part of government project, under controlled by IMC. I am getting my payment after deduction of Tds @ 10% under Section 94J as a professional service. Please explain there is any chance to refund the tax if i am filling my income tax return for the concerned year.

Yes will get refund for the Excess tax paid / Deducted. Only thing is to take care is that the amount of total deduction is reflecting in your Form 26AS. If TDS is reflecting correcting in 26As then you may get refund in 6 Months.

yes you can get refund if the taxability at the year end is less than tds.

Yes, Total amount reflected in 26AS
But little problem in one month like status of Booking mention in 26AS in "U", How can i solve this error..

You can get refund if u claim your total expenduiture against your income earned during year..............!!!!!!!!!!
