Rashmi What about fenugreek dry vegetable ( locally known in rajasthan as dry "methi patta".

All spices except unprocessed tea leaves, spice of seeds quality, fresh ginger ,fresh turmeric & unroasted coffee beans are in 5% category

Fenugreek dry vegetable is also spice & is fall in 5%category.

In present Fenugreek dry vegetable is vat exempted in RAJVAT. If it is packed as powder it became Taxable 5.50 %. ( Mint dry Leaves are also exempted in RAJVAT ). ( see GST rates Chapter 7 , Entry No. 10 ( 0712 ). So i am confusing about it.

Chapter head 0712 is also in nil rate category.

Madam we are running super market on special accounting scheme that is on the basis of purchases ratio we are divideing sales and we are not collecting tax in the sale bill. After introduction of gst is there any special accounting scheme please clarify me
