it's taxable at slab rates and included in IFOS

bonds held for more than 12 months taxable at 10% in case stt paid and if no stt paid at 20%
in care short term taxable at 15% (stt paid)
and if not it's slab rated like salary
in care short term taxable at 15% (stt paid)
and if not it's slab rated like salary

For Capital gains bonds of NHAI or REC, principal amount received back after 5 years is not taxable. Interest paid annually is added to individuals' income u/h. IFOS, and taxed as per slab rate.
