i wanted to ask all of u...

In PE2,NOV 07- Tax Paper, what slab shall we use? the old one (1, 1.35, 1.85 lacs) or the new one (1.10, 1.45, 1.95 lacs)?

moreover, in CST, the old rate (4%) will b used? or the new rate (w.e.f 1.4.07 -3 %) will b used?

I'm pretty confused. PLS help.

hi,jeet. the slab rates are 1lakh.1.35&1.85 only applicable. the cst rate also 4%only.

Since for nov 2007 applicable A.Y. is 2007-08 and therefore tax slab of Finance Act 2006 will be applicable... the slab rates are 1lakh,1.35&1.85 only...

since for nov 2007 A.Yis 2007-08 and tax slab of finance act 2006 will be applicable tax exmpt upto 1 lacs sales tax percentage 4%
