i am a service provider in kolkata and prefer service intra state but billing address is delhi .. in that case which tax is applicable cgst+sgst or igst pls help me ????

Assuming you have single GST registration at Delhi address ........... IGST

but in the service case when we prefer service intra state(kolkata) but billing adress is out of state (delhi) .. then we have to charge cgst+sgst
in the case of goods supply when we sold goods intra state (kolkata) but billing adress out of state (delhi ) then we have to charge IGST
