My question that I have not paid tax on rcm for the year 2017-18 till date kya gstr9 ke through pay karna padega kya

We can't pay any amount through GSTR 9. But, We can declare the mismatches and mistakes.
After that any payable liability then we pay through DRC-03 Form.
