Tax on Mobile Reimbusement

Hi

Can Telephone/ Mobile Reimburement given as part of the Salary by any type of Industry? Is it required to justify that this reimbursement is given as part of the business need?  I know that FBT is applicable to these type of reimbursement but still can it be given as part of the CTC? Can ITO question if given as part of CTC by taking a stand that is avoidance of tax under Salary? Please comment

if you are deducting tds on it then no fbt. in fact govt. is encouraging you to pay everything in white
SCHOOL FEES IS EXEMPTED FOR INCOMETAX. & WHICH SECTION & LIMITS ?
Govt (I.T. as well as H.R), if they take a look into various ingredients in the CTC, would first take up Employer's Contribution to the PF and Gratuity
deduction for tuition fees of kids is available u/s 80C of Income Tax act,1961. No limit prescribed so full amount is deductible upto Rs. 1 lac.
