TAX ON DISTRIBUTED PROFITS

We are a domestic company now we have declared dividend for 31-03-2019 (AGM DATE 19-08-2019). In which rate dividend tax to be payable U/s.115 O that is 17.304% or 20.556.Kindly Clarify.
