Tax not deposited by deductor

Hi,

We have some FDs with Ansala Housing. They have deducted tax on the interest but tax credit does not show up in Form 26AS. On approaching them, we were told that tax will be deposited but no action has taken place.

What do we need to do in this case? How can we declare such tax paid in ITR? Where can we highlight this to IT department so that we do not get any notices due to tax credit mismatch?
