Tax less than 100

As a good citizen he has to pay..........

But the department will not follow him or impose any penalty or fine even if he dosent pay the said amount... as the dep[artment dosent consider any demand or refund upto Rs. 100.

Its going to cost the department more than what they will recover.

If u ask for any specific section then i m sorry to answer m, then i m quite confident with my reply as this is what was told to me by my tax teacher...
