Tax invoice for repair of vehicle

Delear is issuing single Tax Invoice for supply of goods i.e. parts and for services i.e. labour charge at different GST rates for repair of vehicle . Is it correct?

No........ He cant do so as it is case of composite supply he has to charge higher rate.....

Products with different rate is not a composite supply.....

Composite Supply talks about "Principle Supply". So rate of principle supply is charged, in case of "Mixed Supply" highest rate charge. Refer sec: 8 CGST Act Sir.
