one company Pvt LTD.. wants to deduct rent payment directly from employees and pay to third party... ultimately rent agreement is between employees and that third party..
but for convenience it collects rent directly while paying salary..any tax implications..??
like TDS.. incometax of employees..GST etc

but sir it is not any facility by employer ...
employees and third party (home owner) are independent and employer is just trying to facilitate payment process..
because it is hard to take follow up of 200 employees rather than employer will deduct directly from salary and pay it to landlord on behalf of employees..
rent is also not concessional or free...
