To save capital gains liability, you can invest only in capital Gains bond u/s. 54EC........

I need to save LTCG and also to invest the sale amount in tax free investments. Please suggest the names of the Bonds and where we can get?
Also please advice what is the limit for keeping in Bank FD to avoid TDS.

Generally high bracket tax payers prefer Tax free bonds.............More details refer:

PPF, Equity Mutual funds ELSS and capital protection funds are also good options
Any bank FD of 1.40 lakhs & above at 7% interest attracts TDS
