I am appearing for CS Professional JUN 11. I have prepared for taxation only through the Institute module. Will that be enough? Specially the Direct tax part. Kindly advice what should I do .

No the paper in CS Professional Exam especially of Tax is coming conceptual and only the part given in module wont help...you need to look out more and recall all your tax knowledge too...
you should reffer other books also
