tax case studies applicable forr nov.2009

Dear Kirti. The case laws given on ICAI website are the latest important case laws. These are not all the important case laws from Final exams point of view. I would suggest you to go through the old important land mark decisions also. A major portion of questions is asked on the basis of those land mark decisions. In my opinion you should follow the specific module of Mr Vinod Gupta, which contains all such landmark decisions as well as latest cases. ICAI cases can be an addition but not enough.

but which module of vinod  sir.as i m following girish ahuja sir's books

At my time, it was Module Number 14, but it has been 5 years to me to pass CA. So better would be to ask to some student of Vinod Gupta Ji about this module, or if you are from Delhi, then you can go to Pooja Law House at ITO, and buy that book. Its really a very very good book, which contains maximum relevant case laws both old and new, all relevant due dates, amendments etc. I also read from Girish Ahuja Sir's book , but also referred this module for better preparation.

but i think the "Case Law sheet" published/sold the by the institute would be sufficient for the exam, Except for indirect taxes for Final course where 2009 case are also expected to come.
