Dear Sir/Madam

1. I have taken housing loan from LIC jointly with my brothers , but the property is in the name of my mother.

2. LIC has granted loan to us on the basis of HUF.

3. My brothers and I are salaried persons.

4. what are the tax benefits, we can get ?

Confirm PAN no....... to whom loan has been sanctioned !!!
