A housewife having no source of Income is having Fixed deposit in Nationalized Bank in range of 22 lakhs & 25 Lakhs. She is submitted the 15G form required by the banks along with her PAN details.
My question is does she need to fill a separate income tax return form separately every year?

But no record of her tax deduction is showing for past 5 year under for 26AS except for 2012-2013
But if Her total intterest is more than the Taxable limit then she should file her return. Form 26AS does not matter here and also you cant deposit 15G in case of more than Prescribed Limit
ITR file should be must. Because examtion limit crossed.
She may file her ITR even if her income is below taxable limit.
