Dear Colleagues,
As per as my concern tax audit report either Form 3CA or Form 3CB is mandatorily to be filed with income tax dept. Could you please confirm whether my understanding is correrct or not? Kindly provide the related statutorial document.

YES Sir You are right,, coz as per the rules of Sec. 44AB, of Income tax act,,, it is mandatory to file Form 3CA or 3CB,,,
