agricultural income exceeds 5000.
income from house property from 2 house properties.
as we are eligible for 44AD but we can't
file ITR - 4 as agricultural income exceeds 5000 , we have to file ITR -3
So Audit u/s 44AB is required ???

You can file ITR3 without tax audit report, and can opt for sec. 44AD (if eligible), even with ITR3
