hi everyone,

i have filed i t return of a proprietorship firm having turnover of more than 40lacs with concerned ward physically.later on i have come to know that  even proprietorship returns have to be filed electronically.is it true?Now if it is true,than what will be the consequences if i file the return now electronically also?
