Yes i dont think that anything stops you from Doing the same, But it is always to be seen that your audit is free from the influence of personal relations and is done as per the principles laid down.
u can do that audit bt u should qualify your relation in the audit report
i agree, u cn nt undertake audit of firm in which u hv substantial interest otherwise it will lead to misconduct.
