what is rate of tax applicable to unit holder of business trust on income from renting of real estate which is exempt for business trust u/s 10(23FCA)?

According to me normal slab rate will be applicable on the income of the unit holders.
whether resident or non resident. ? And can u give me extract of ur opinion
