i am going to appear in nov 11 exam... regarding taxation whether i have to follow the recent amendments....

in the study material they quoted that amendments btwn 1st may 09 to 30th ap 10 is relevant for nov 11 exam..

For Nov 2011 amendments upto April 2011 will come... So you have to study about all notifications and case laws comes upto that limit....

also if you are in CA final then give special attention to amendments

as almost 50% paper of tax exams is based on that
