we have registered with NSDL through TAN account for Form , the problem is as soon as we logged in with in some time, the session expired without doing anything. it gives error to logged in again. but when we try to logged in again, it gives error that you have already logged in, in such situation we are not able to download form 16A from site.
is there any special settings to be done with internet explorer or where can we report this problem?
it is also very leangthy process to get TDS/TCS statement from the TAN account. how can we get that data easily?
