what is the difference between tally ERP and tally prime softwares.

Tally Prime is upgraded version of Tally ERP, where in the developers have made an effort to reduce your stress by adding new features that increase your efficiency.
Tally prime enables you to view all your master account ledgers simultaneously in one screen view, which was not possible with ERP. They have also changed the code for copy paste, which used to be Ctrl+Alt+C and Ctrl+Alt+V to global code for copy paste i.e Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. These were few of the many upgrades in prime version.
